A Casablanca-based healthtech platform needed CNIE-backed citizen authentication, multi-factor authentication, consent management, and immutable audit logging to meet Moroccan data-sovereignty and legal requirements — data protection, cybersecurity, and electronic identity law all at once. Building that themselves meant months of compliance-grade security engineering that isn't their core product, and no existing Moroccan-market identity provider covered CNIE plus multi-tenant SaaS plus government compliance out of the box.

ICTOM built authicto: a hosted, multi-tenant identity provider with standard login flows, multi-factor authentication, step-up authentication, consent management with automated revocation, append-only audit logging, per-tenant branding and rate limits, an admin console, and directory provisioning — sovereign-hosted in Morocco. It integrates into a client's stack as three standard HTTP calls: discovery, token exchange, and introspection. The identity-proofing backend is pluggable, ready to connect to the official government ID verification service without any integration-side changes once it's available.
