The marketing team was posting to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn by hand, one platform at a time, with no scheduling and no unified composer. Content routinely broke: deprecated posting endpoints, failed uploads over roughly 10MB, and a data-format bug that silently posted text-only to Facebook while dropping Instagram media entirely. Infrastructure was hand-clicked together in a cloud console with no reproducible source of truth, so recovering from a bad change meant redoing everything manually.

ICTOM built BindMee's content composer to publish to Facebook Pages, Instagram (including Reels), and LinkedIn from a single post, with scheduling and large-media upload support. A consumer-facing feed — follows, trending hashtags, an in-feed store — shares the same backend. Infrastructure was rebuilt as versioned code covering networking, CDN, SSL, and secrets, so environments are reproducible and deploys happen automatically on merge instead of through manual sessions.
